Saturday September 14th

Snow Canyon Green (B) @ Parowon

Game begins at 1:30. We need to be at the field, dressed and ready to go no later than 12:30. I will be leaving from the Snow Canyon Middle School at 11:00 AM. If you would like to caravan please meet my there. Also, get on the text patrol and check with your teammates for carpool opportunities.

Please check, double check and triple check all equipment tonight. Make sure that you have mouth guards, gloves, cleats, all buckles and straps, GAME JERSEY, Green game pants and white socks, clean and ready to go. Bring water or sports drink, as well as a snack for half time. I haven't heard from Gina but I am confident that the Team Mom's will have orange slices for half time. I have bottled water for the players on the field.

Weather is forecast for cool with scattered thunderstorms and 30% chance of rain. I expect it will be much like Midnight Madness, so please dress accordingly.

Parowon is traditionally a  very big and very strong team. We will need to be focused and ready if we expect to have success. Please enjoy tonight's Homecoming game. Wear your game jersey and support the high school. Try to pay attention to your position on the field and watch what they do. See if you can recognize the plays that they are running. This will help get your mind ready for tomorrow. Then GET HOME AND GO TO BED. Eat a good meal tonight that is high in carbs, such as pasta, rice, or bread. Avoid fatty, greasy foods. Drink lots and lots of water.

Please do your visualization exercises tonight before you go to sleep. 10 Power's, 10 Counter's, 10 Trojan's, 10 Trap's, 10 Pass plays. Perfect execution for each one, resulting in a TOUCH DOWN! See yourself making a perfectly executed block, run, pass or catch. If you do these simple exercises you will perform better on the field. I promise.

Most of all, come with a positive attitude ready to play hard and have fun. I have absolute confidence in all of you. I know that you have the potential to accomplish great things as a team on the field, as well as individuals off the field. Please have that same confidence in yourselves and one another. Remember, we live and die as a team. Thank you for your hard work this week. Now let's go get'em!

GO WARRIORS!!!
