Practice Schedule for October 22, 23, 24

Hey Warriors!
Let's prepare for a great week of practice. We will be back to our normal schedule.

Tuesday : 5:30 - 7:30
Wednesday : 4:00 - 6:00
Thursday : 5:30 - 7:30

We have a lot of new information to cover this week and I want to get right to it. Remember, we DO NOT have a game this Saturday as it is our bye week. We will practice this week and next week and then our last regular season game is in Moapa Valley on November 2nd.

PARENTS AND PLAYERS
It is important... imperative that if you want to participate in the games, you will need to participate in practice. If you miss practice for any reason, (sick, can't get a ride, family obligations, other obligations)
or sit out at practice for any reason, (sick, head ache, tired, sad )
or you are not participating at practice in the drills, conditioning or scrimmage for any reason, you can expect to get limited or no play time in the game depending on the scenario. It would not be responsible for us as coaches to put a sick, dehydrated, injured or under prepared player on the field and risk that players health and safety, or the safety of others on the team. This is in harmony with league guidelines. I hope that makes sense. We need every player to be healthy and ready when called on. It has been evident all year that on games when we have all 16 players ready to go, we have success, because we can rotate and give boys the needed breaks. When we are short or players aren't ready or able to go in, it hurts the team.

So come to practice and work hard. Go home and get adequate rest and eat right. Keep yourself hydrated all week so that your muscles are ready. A belly full of water or Gatorade doesn't do much good if you are already dehydrated. And most importantly, remember that the 2 things that you have control over at practice and at the game are YOUR EFFORT and YOUR ATTITUDE. Make sure they are both the best that they can be.

We are Warriors. Everything we do, we do as a team. Every victory is celebrated as a team. Every hardship is felt by the team. So let's come together in this week and really show what we are capable of when we play as a team. I don't believe that we have played our best game yet. Let's put in the work necessary to have or very best game against Moapa.

Go Warriors!!!
